🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Training Fee Cancellation
- Candidates can cancel their training registration within 24 hours before the training starts.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the training has started.
2. Refund Policy
✔ If a candidate is not selected after training, only 50% of the job training fee will be refunded.
✔ The remaining amount will not be refunded, as it covers:
- Training instructor charges
- Training center expenses
- Administrative fees
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable:
❌ Training center and instructor fees
❌ Service charges for job placement processing
❌ Any fees paid after selection for job-related expenses
4. Refund Process
✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after training completion.
✔ The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
✔ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after training completion via email (refunds@instacareercompany.com).
5. No Refund for Unattended Training
❌ If a candidate does not attend the scheduled training, they will not be eligible for any refund.
