We are hiring a Verifier Staff to check and validate customer requests, service reports, and field operations. This role involves verifying job completion, ensuring service quality, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have experience in verification, auditing, or field inspection work.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Service Verification – Inspect and verify the completion of handyman service tasks at customer locations.
✔ Data Validation – Cross-check service requests, invoices, and reports for accuracy.
✔ Customer Interaction – Contact customers to confirm service satisfaction and address any concerns.
✔ Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure services meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
✔ Reporting & Documentation – Maintain verification logs and submit reports to management.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

✅ Experience: 1+ years in verification, quality control, or field inspection.
✅ Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree in any field (Preferred).
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to conduct site visits and interact with customers professionally.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
