We are hiring Part-Time Booking Staff to manage customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and field teams. β Customer Booking Management β Receive service requests via calls, messages, or online platforms and schedule appointments.
β Data Entry & Record Keeping β Maintain booking logs, update customer details, and track job status.
β Service Coordination β Assign jobs to available technicians and confirm appointment details.
β Customer Support & Follow-ups β Provide service updates, answer customer queries, and handle rescheduling requests.
β Basic Reporting β Prepare daily reports on completed and pending bookings.
πΉ Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, call center, or booking coordination (Freshers Welcome).

Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree in any field.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and booking software (Preferred).

Ability to work in shifts (Morning/Evening) if required.
