We are looking for a Project Supervisor / Team Lead to oversee handyman service teams, coordinate field operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Ideal for candidates with experience in repair, maintenance, and technical service industries.

🔹 Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and general handymen.
✔ Assign service jobs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
✔ Conduct quality checks, resolve customer issues, and maintain service standards.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and train field staff.
✔ Maintain project reports, service logs, and workforce schedules.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience: 3+ years in project supervision, field operations, or technical services.
✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
✅ Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate multiple service requests efficiently.
✅ Knowledge of home maintenance, repairs, and technical services.
