2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to apply for jobs and training.
  • Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

3. Job Application Process

  • Candidates can browse and apply for jobs through InstaCareer.
  • After applying, all applicants must undergo a 7-day job training as per the employer’s requirements.
  • The training will be conducted in the nearest district of the applicant.
  • Final selection will be based on performance during training and other selection criteria set by the employer.

4. Training and Fees

  • Applicants must pay a training fee before starting the training program.
  • This fee covers training costs, instructor fees, and training center charges.
  • The training fee is non-refundable unless the conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy apply.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made online through secure payment gateways.
  • InstaCareer is not responsible for any third-party payment failures or delays.
  • If a candidate is not selected after training, only 50% of the job training fee will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Candidates must attend all training sessions and follow employer guidelines.
  • Any misconduct, fraud, or non-compliance may lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Users must not misuse the platform for spamming, false applications, or any other unauthorized activity.

7. InstaCareer Rights

  • We do not guarantee job placement but facilitate opportunities based on candidate eligibility.
  • InstaCareer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our terms.
  • Policies may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.
